I purchased a AR-15 punch set from PA Enterprises, Little Canada, Minnesota, and thought I would pass on how handy they are.
First, they are 4140 Steel, Heat treated, then QPQ'd, (nitrided)  Harder than the hubs of hell!!!  Will never rust.  There are three starter punches to fit the roll pins on your build, the heads have been recessed, so the pin is held up right by the starter, so you don't have to hold the pin, the starter and the hammer!!  There is a special punch for the bolt catch that is cut so you don't have to try and set the pin at an angle, and there are three roll pin punches.  I have build over 30 ar's, and the last three, using this punch set has been so much easier.
There is a picture of them at http://www.paenterprises.net

If you plan to build multiple ar's, it might be worth the cost, it was for me!!!

Broke one of the punches about 3 weeks ago.  My co-worker who has contact with PA Enterprises every now and then must have said something to them, because a week ago, I got a new punch in the mail, with a letter from the owners stating they stand behind their products, and want me, as a customer to be happy.  I wasn't even the one who called, or complained!!  Very nice Customer Support!!  I was pleased.

I put together a M14 rifle last Sunday and used the same punch set. It work perfectly with all the pins on the M14 rifle. Easiest M14 I have put together.
