The 270AR performed very well but making the brass was a pain and it deterred many from getting involved.  The 6mm Dasher brass was not available then but is now so I have decided to make an easier 27 cal wildcat.  I believe the weight range of the 277s is good for a case this size. It should be able to use all 130gr bullets and push them close to 2800fps out of a 20" barrel.
The 270MSR reamers are being ground and barrels made. The bolts on the other hand have not been decided yet due to the patent troll. We are working on it and will have a solution by the end of the year.
Making the brass can't get much easier. Take 6mm Norma Dasher brass run it through the custom dies I am having made and load it.

How does the case capacity compare to the 270AR? I’m interested but really love my 270AR. Any 18” barrels being made?

It sounds like H is using 2" more barrel length to partially make up for the loss in case volume. I'm already set  with the .270AR, but I see the .270MSR as a good move for future buyers. Maybe some day the .270MSR will be standardized with SAAMI. Its a game changer for deer hunters. Its a better whitetail cartridge than the 6.5mm or 7mm based on the Dasher case.
