Bullet- 147gr FMJ Mil Surplus, seated to just short enough so the bullet doesn't hit the side ribs in a PMAG
Powder- 16.5gr Lil' Gun
Case- mixed, trimmed
Primer- CCI 400
Comment: Great, cheap plinking load. Start low, work up. I believe this is over book max, can't remember. Shoots exactly the same as my hunting load below, except for bullet drop.

Bullet- 125gr Nosler Spitzer, seated to manual recommended length
Powder- 19.0gr Lil' Gun
Case- LC converted
Primer- CCI 400
Comment: Accurate. Don't have a chrono, but should be moving at a decent speed.  OVER MAX charge weight. No pressure signs in MY RIFLE.

Runs as well as a person can expect from Mil-Surp bullets.  Reliability is 100%. Accuracy is good enough to hit an 8" steel gong at 200 yards reliably with a red dot sight.

Good plinkers then 8" is a chest shot at that range.... Combat effective! Love my 168sierras

I'm working on my 230gr cast and 136gr cast plinker loads soon I'll keep that data posted after I get a few good loads worked up.
