I suspect that AA got a bad batch of barrels.  I am one who had a short chambered barrel and it sounds like 3 or 4 others did as well.  Probably reamer was getting worn and this batch of barrels ended up out of spec.

Another guy with the bullet stuck syndrome in a SAAMI chamber.

"Verified with my Calipers. I chambered the round and extracted using the charging handle. The projectile has deep scratches and the OAL grew slightly from 2.26 to 2.261"

And yet another victim of the SAAMI chamber with getting bullets stuck.

http://www.65grendel.com/forum/showthread.php?14330-Bullets-Cases-sticking-in-chamber

"I just finished my rifle build and when trying to manually cycle ammo through it for the initial function test the cartridges get stuck in the chamber, probably 50% of the time. Sometimes it just doesn't extract and it tries to load another and jams. I clear the second cartridge and then can try and eject the cartridge in the chamber. Sometimes it will eject and sometimes it requires slamming the butt of the stock on the concrete while pulling the charging handle back, this can take dozens of tries but they always come out.

It's chambered in 6.5 Grendel SAAMI
group buy Lehigh defense bolt
ToolCraft BCG
Elander mags
Hornady 123 SST and Black ELD, the black seems to be slightly worse than the SST."

. "Now for short throats: SHORT Throats are Dangerous. The bullet is jammed into the rifling = almost the same problem as plugged bore. Chamber pressures spike - as much as 50% or more. This causes extreme stress on the chamber, case, primer, and bolt. This is probably the number one killer of Grendel Bolts. Don't mess with SHORT chambers! Good news, they can be easily fixed."
