I ordered a striped upper on the 16th of last month. I called them on Friday two weeks ago. I was assured it would ship that week. still no dice. I ordered another striped upper from a maker in my state. still hasn't shipped. I know it is tax season and everybody is building a new rifle, but come on!! i'm calling both of them Monday. if it hasn't shipped i'm going to tell them to just refund my money. I can pay $10 more and walk out with a striped upper in hand locally!!!

with everything that has happened lately I can understand a small run on ar15 parts, but this is crazy. maybe I need to just start buying local at a small mark up than ordering on line.

I wouldn't surprise me.  With all the politics going on since the mass shooting in Florida, a run on firearms, parts, and ammo seems to be the order of the day.

Hey try BCM. I bought a blem upper with upper parts kit a week and a half ago for $65.90 to my door, had it in 2 days. Couldn't detect any blemishes and the barrel to receiver fit is very nice. Just had to warm up the receiver with a hair dryer and they slid right together. Just checked, they still had some in stock.

I can help a little bit, the years that Obama was in office and gutted the aircraft, automotive and mining industry the manufacturers that made parts for them, switched over and made parts for the firearms sector, that was the only market making money. Now that economy is going again they are back to doing what their core business is and so long to gun parts. The manufacturers still there are busy supplying OEMs. We have installed a 4 axis bar feeding machine to make parts.

i'm afraid trump is going to stab his voting block in the back from the way he was talking the other day. he had better stop and think. he can be replaced in 2020 by a true pro gun republican next election.

He better remember who voted for him. Hard to believe he's caving in compared to all the other crap.

Only if one is offered up and gets through the primaries.  We got Trump this last time because of how all the good ones were forced out or couldn't get enough support.  And the alternative was much, much worse.  Trump likes to run off at the mouth before thinking it through, so hopefully he will come through in the end.

Flooding the White House answering system and email system might help to straighten him out as well.  Don't let him forget who voted him in and why.  The same goes with your other elected officials.  Like it or not, we are in a cultural battle to save our country and we need to be on our A game.

Where is the best place to get 80% lowers? Forgings are the type I'm looking for.

you will have a hard time believing this, but I have been giving $75 each for them at a local flea market. front pin installed and a star head pin for the bolt lock up(bolt catch)!! they wanted $85 for a striped upper. I was about to pay it! I have a a 5d tactical pro series jig. worth every penny!! my stuff looks cnc when I am done. 35 minutes if i'm not in a hurry!! start in a circle and take the largest part first. the small parts are easy!!!! with todays climate I have 6 finished 80's and 9 on a hook to be finished later. one of my 6 is for a .224 Valkyrie. I like billet lowers a lot. the ones I have have a screw to take up the slop between the upper and lower. no accu wedge needed!
